Join fellow school psychologists, educational staff and administrators for a timely update on the legal landscape shaping our practice. This virtual training brings together two experienced education attorneys for an in-depth look at special education legal updates and charter schools (Part I), and legal updates in regards to IEEs (Part II). Attendees with leave with practical, current guidance to inform comprehensive assessment to inform FAPE, eligibility, and service decisions across district and charter settings.
